You will be tasked with determining staffing needs, creating work schedules, assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and preparing daily staffing reports.
A successful staffing coordinator should be highly organized and able to ensure that daily staffing requirements and objectives are met.
Staffing Coordinator Job
Responsibilities:
Determining the company's staffing needs and developing a staffing strategy.
Preparing work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met.
Ensuring that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.
Reporting scheduling issues and job vacancies to management.
Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours.
Assisting human resources with daily activities as required.
Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
Experience as a staffing coordinator or in a similar position.
Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in microsoft Office.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
