Knowledge/Data Manager - SharePoint Administrator - Tampa, FL - with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a motivated technical expert to join our team as a Knowledge/Data Manager - SharePoint Administrator located at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for providing various knowledge management and analysis functions supporting our Combatant Commands client data base.
Enable information flows/tasks across multiple clients and our project team to create optimal user experiences.
Analyze operational and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified operational information processing systems to provide organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organizations know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the organization to define requirements and operational / organizational cases for the technology developments.
Coordinate with operational and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Support analysts, operations, and project teams as they document their data requirements and establish thorough specifications.
Conduct facilitation sessions to gather requirements.
Build logical models.
Work with database administrators to build the physical model and overall data architecture, use of SharePoint is the standard.
Review and report on project metrics to benchmark effectiveness.
Work closely with database administrators and developers to ensure that business models are accurately implemented in application systems.
Ensure data quality alignment.
Work on and across multiple projects to ensure consistency in naming conventions and promotes the sharing and reuse of data across applications and business areas.
Contribute to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Library Sciences, and/or Communications and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant Dept of Defense, Military or Civilian experience.
Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Combined total of 13 or more years.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant CCMD experience or relevant data/knowledge management experience in the commercial sector.
In-depth SharePoint and Network Portal Experience.
Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets / portals, collaborative and social media tools, computer skills (Microsoft Office) Demonstrable knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities and organizational processes.
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and able to work as an individual contributor and with distributed teams Certified Knowledge and Data Manager.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
Must be a U.
S.
citizen Possess an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Information Assurance Technical 1 certified.
Current Experience working at a Major Combatant Command with VJOC, MAVEN and C2IE Systems Masters Degree in Information Systems, Computer Systems, Library Sciences, and/or Communications#EJ-OPHJ1 #OPIAS Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
