Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces, interior appliances, hard water deposits on glass, sliding glass door tracks, light switches, windows, window locks with a fine brush, baseboards, streak free mirrors, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Provide before and after photos -Provide photos of windows & doors locked - Empty trash and dispose of waste properly - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years post construction, move out cleaning experience required.
- Previous experience in residential housekeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques is a plus - Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is beneficial - Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous - Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively - Knowledge of custodial duties and proper cleaning techniques - Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment is a plus - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks - Ability to work independently and efficiently Note:
