We are looking for a driven individual to lead our store as we expand into new locations across the US.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales through a high standard of customer service and business acumen Be a brand advocate by sharing the Hampton Chocolate Factory vision Support all employees in their training, acting as a guide and motivator while continuously teaching and developing Lead your team in reaching its business goals Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful Analyse the store's performance and deliver on KPI's Full ownership of the store's P&L Forecast and build effective schedules Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts Develope Systems for Retail Operations Create Training Systems for Amazing Customer Service Take initiative in create data-driven business strategies.
The Ideal Candidate 4 years of store management experience Food & beverage & retail experience required Will work shoulder to shoulder with the team, while sharing your passion for our brand, Positive and adaptable Result-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask, Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team A growth mindset to constantly develop the store and the people around you, Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus, Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Be a chocolate and Ice Cream lover!
