Our goal is to is to hire a Assistant General Manager who is responsible for implementing and maintaining all operational procedures and programs related to our restaurant's operations.
Burger 21 managers provide a positive environment and consistent leadership.
Our leaders interact with our guests and team members role modeling positive behaviors to ensure the best burger experience ever.
Burger 21 managers in training are required to successfully complete The Burger 21 Management Training Program which includes positional standards Understand financial reports, profit & loss statements, and capable of creating action plans to address opportunities (food cost, labor cost, controllable expenses using purchasing, inventory & our POS system) Knows the basic cash-control procedures for the restaurant industry Is passionate about quality, service, cleanliness sanitation and R&M.
Can identify, communicate, and remedy maintenance, sanitation, or safety issues Understands food quality and service standards.
Is capable of training team members ensuring Burger 21 standards for food preparation, service & training are met Burger 21 managers monitor FOH and HOH labor costs by evaluating training needs, sales / labor projections and productivity.
The manager adjusts the plan to ensure service & budgetary goals are achieved Our management team needs to be detail-oriented and understand how to effectively manage a shift through Burger 21 systems and routines.
Being capable of performing regular kitchen line, food safety and temperature checks to ensure efficiency of kitchen operations.
Managers must be effective communicators having the ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner Can implement and execute local marketing initiatives.
Possess an ownership-mentality that will ensure daily successful execution of operations.
