We need a guy in US to co-ordinate between client and the India resource & this is a part time Hybrid position (80 hr/month) Here some points of the tasks for the IT Person:
- Maintain, manage and administrate, company main software systems.
Those include the below ones, but it is not limited only to the below.

Office 365 (Emails, Microsoft Office, Drive, Antivirus, Teams, IVR, other office services)
Azure
Azure DevOps
Adobe
Udemy
Postman
ASC Systems
Mural
Clickatel
Plumvoice
Ringcentral and DropBox
HubSpot
KeePass
Other Softwares - Provide company members with Support and training installing, setting up and resolving issues with all the above software.
- Setting up process and procedures, and police and enforce IT Policy for company IT services and software s.
- Cyber security measures - Help Desk Support- Manage cost and updates required for systems and softwares related to IT work.
- Equipment procurement, management and support.
- Support all Windows OS related requests to the company users.
