IT Project Cordinator
IT Project CoordinatorOverview:
We're looking for an IT Project Coordinator to play a key role in the success of our operations by serving as the main liaison between our Development team and Customer Success team.
This role is crucial in ensuring our product meets and exceeds customer expectations by efficiently managing technical issues and enhancement requests.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management.
Proficiency in using Jira software or similar project management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary moderator between Customer Success and Technology teams, ensuring product development and maintenance needs are addressed.
Translate and manage issues through Jira reporting, ticketing, and knowledgebase tools, monitoring progress on QA and production releases.
Organize and prioritize daily JIRA requests and feature requests from stakeholders.
Support the IT Project Manager in defining project scopes, setting timelines, and measuring performance.
Implement software tools for product development, testing/QA, and project reporting as needed.
Conduct QA testing for bug fixes and product enhancements, ensuring updates meet quality standards.
Develop and provide technical training sessions, materials, and release notes for significant product updates.
Offer technical support for customer-facing interactions and product showcases.
Conduct platform-training sessions for the Customer Success team to ensure technical proficiency.
