80 a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago IT Analyst 1 - Unite Us - (240000ST) Description Job Summary Under the direct supervision of a manager or director and according to established policies and procedures, the Analyst I perform routine analysis to include evaluation of hardware and software based on end user criteria.
The Analyst I perform workflow analysis, design, development, testing, training, implementation, management and support of assigned application systems and/or projects.
Directly interacts with assigned department managers and senior level staff to provide automation services in support of department's strategic and operational objectives.
Maintains system specification and technical documentation.
On occasion, acts as liaison between Information Technology vendors and TGH.
Participates in department and hospital task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives.
Employs intermediate analytical and technical evaluative process, managerial and interpersonal perspectives.
Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on enhancements to improve customer access, utilization and overall satisfaction with Unite Us application.
Qualifications Highschool or GED and up to 2
years of experience in information technology/applications experience.
Preferred Qualifications Associate of Arts or Associate of Science and up to 2
years of information technology / applications or healthcare operations experience.
Industry recognized certification(s) for assigned systems.
Population health knowledge of healthcare areas such as social determinants of health, nursing, perioperative services, emergency department and support services.
