Schedule:
FT - Monday - Friday (9am-6pm), and rotating Saturdays (9am -1pm) What's in it for you:

Summary:
This is a position within our Member Service Center communicating with members in a call center environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing financial solutions to improve the lives of our members.
This includes the ability to identify a member's financial needs and provide the best financial solutions for them.
The MSRI will interact with members by telephone and email, providing exceptional member experiences.
Essential Functions Include:
Assists members and potential members with credit union general inquiries regarding accounts, online banking, products and services via telephone.
Ensures member authentication and confidentiality.
Resolves issues that are within their authority; refers issues that are beyond their authority to their manager.
Handles a broad variety of member transactions with accuracy while providing an exceptional member experience.
Completes loan applications as applicable.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
This includes making recommendations and cross-selling additional products and services, including core account products, checking, money market, certificates, loan products, eservices, referrals that deepen member relationships.

Required Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
At least 1-year of experience in a financial institution Familiarity with Symitar a plus Additional Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and display empathy with people under adverse or stressful conditions.
Consistently display teamwork, reliability and adaptability.
Maintain a good understanding of Credit Union products and Services.
Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to U.
S.
Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
This position does include some remote work.
Physical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
