Responsibilities:
Welcome guests Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department Able to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.

Data Entry Keep accurate records Requirements:
Ability to use Microsoft, Word and Excel Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Communication Skills Keep Accurate Records Detail Oriented Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas Ability to be a Team Player Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English Body shop experience also a huge plus.
