As an Associate Social Security Disability Attorney at Nyman Turkish, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Case Evaluation:
Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.
Cross-Examination:
Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.
Hearings:
Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
Case Strategy:
Develop and execute effective case strategies.
Hearing Representation:
Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Prioritization Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Bar Admission:
Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
Academic Excellence:
Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.
Legal Involvement:
Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.
Compensation:
$80,000-$140,000 (inclusive of base and bonus and depending on experience)
