In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone and email to answer inquiries.
You will also be required to process orders, suggest possible sales/upsells, and handle any customer complaints or issues.
To be successful in this position, you must be able to establish relationships with customers, work well independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email in a timely manner Assist customers in placing orders and suggest possible upsells or add-ons Provide accurate information about products or services Process orders according to customer requirements Update customer accounts as needed Handle any complaints or issues in a professional manner Sell products/services tailored to customer needs Follow up with customers after their order is complete Requirements:
Previous experience working in a customer service role (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal english communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of CEM Health Bonus pay available Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
