Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Safe work environment Duties - Coordinate and oversee the production process from start to finish - Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met - Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency - Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement production schedules and workflows - Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process - Maintain accurate production records and reports Requirements No experience in ice production required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to work in a cold environment with proper personal protective equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and leadership abilities Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
