The Impact this role will have The management and supervision of the Human Resources department fall under the purview of the Director of Human Resources.
The role will carry on modifying HR procedures to satisfy the ever-evolving demands of a business that is expanding in scale and sophistication.
This role will collaborate with our company's many departments and functions on all issues pertaining to the duties of a competent human resources department.
In close collaboration with other senior leadership team members, this role aims to ensure that Betacom cultivates a customer-focused culture where employees feel that their efforts not only contribute to the company's success but also to the success of its clients and shareholders.

What your day will entail:
Trusted advisor to business leaders relating to all things relating to human resources.
Participate in various leadership meetings representing HR and related topics.
Managing human resource initiatives, such as pay, benefits, and leave; learning and growth; disciplinary actions; conflicts and inquiries; performance and talent management; productivity, acknowledgment, and morale.
Oversight of the company's human resource information system (HRIS), working with the IT division.
Managing recruiting, both in-house and external recruiters for specific positions.
Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Basic all-employee training.
Works together on position-specific training programs for professional development and certification activities for HR Staff.
Maintaining and advancing HR strategies.
Ensure Betacom is compliant with federal, state and location employment laws and regulations.
Recommend best practices by reviewing and modifying policies and practices.
Maintaining and updating employee handbook, job descriptions, and organizational chart.
Evolve performance management with evaluation processes to include goal setting, coaching, career development, discipline, and annual reviews.
Being a resource for salary and total compensation, including sourcing outside data, conducting research and analysis of organizational trends.
Reviewing reports and metrics from HRIS or talent management system.
Responsible for regulatory human resource compliance.
Responsible for outside legal support for HR issues and immigration.
Development and management of Human Resource budget.
Collaborate with other IT, Accounting/Finance, Payroll, and other departments for cross-functional projects.
Advising and interacting with senior leadership on emerging personnel and HR issues.
Preparing and providing reports for Finance and tracking metrics.
Assist with internal and external audits.
The specialized skills, experience, and education you will share with Betacom What you have learned with your bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration What you have learned in your 7 years as a Human Resource Professional What you have learned with your certification in one of the following:
SPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Your experience with ADP Payroll Platforms and HRIS systems Your strong knowledge of multi-state laws and regulations Your required industry experience in construction or telecommunications Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
