We have been in our new facility over 9 years now.
We are a full service repair and performance facility.
We do everything from simple oil changes, working on race cars, and custom fabrication work.
Our customers range from daily drivers, ultra high end exotic supercars, to cars you can see on weekends at places like your local drag strip and Sebring/Daytona.
We have one of the cleanest most respected shops on the Gulf coast.
You have seen our shop in commercials for car products and on some of your favorite car shows.
Our facility boasts 10,000 sq ft with 8 lifts, in-ground laser alignment rack, touchless tire machine/balancer plus a full machine area.

Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Custodian to join our team.
As a Facilities Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities for our high end automotive performance shop.
This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities are below and non limited to:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas - Perform general custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal - Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored - Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing custodial tasks - Picking up parts from local partners using our work vehicle Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Good communication skills to effectively interact with staff and visitors - Clean driving record Join our team as a Custodian and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all.
