is looking for Customer Service Associate to be the liaison between our company and its customer pool.
Successful candidates must be able to effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills Previous experience in a customer support role Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
