This position can be a paid internship, entry level or experienced.
This person will be supporting our Operations Director with multiple administrative duties related to construction projects.
Work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are key for you to be successful in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities Modern Grounds Ops Admin will support the operations and project management division and will be a key person in client and field communication.
Upload final documents to all platforms for upcoming jobs (Aspire, Company Cam, Dropbox, etc.
) Purchase material for jobs (when help is needed).
Send tentative start date emails.
Supporting in communications with clients - phone calls, email, text.
Prepare work orders for upcoming jobs and email to internal team members.
Allocate items to job as listed out by Superintendent on workorder in Aspire (when help is needed).
Time entry and approval of daily field hours.
Call 811 Dig Alerts for Residential jobs.
Schedule rental equipment and dumps for upcoming jobs.
Other task as needed.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent PC and mathematical skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Pay, Benefits & Perks:
Part-Time and/or Internship - 16 hours a week.
Working 2 days a week to start - Wednesday and one other floating day during the week.
Required to be in office.
Pay:
$16.
00 to $19.
00/hour depending on experience.
Flexible work from home options available.
