The Health Associates of Tampa is seeking an outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
Efficiently answer and direct incoming calls.
Manage appointments, reservations, and inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Uphold and promote our company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles is required.
Previous experience in the medical field is preferred.
