Experienced Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary with experience in Construction Litigation needed for permanent position in West Tampa Law Firm. This is a fast paced position supporting attorneys in construction litigation. Must have excellent organizational and customer service skills. Assist attorneys preparing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, notices, motions, orders and correspondence; scheduling court hearings, depositions, and maintaining calendar; maintenance of files; making travel arrangements; entering attorneys timesheets and other administrative tasks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
