Downtown Tampa Law Firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support their team. The ideal candidate with have civil litigation experience with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation. Candidate must be able to handle files from inception to settlement and/or trial. The Paralegal must have knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Tasks include:
Drafting pleadings, motions and orders
Summarizing records
Answering and propounding discovery
Analyzing, organizing discovery
Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions and trialsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
