Position Overview
Meadow Burke is searching for an innovative Materials Engineer to drive improved performance of our industry leading Concrete Accessory products. Based in Tampa, FL and reporting to the Vice President of Engineering in this critical role you will perform R&D activities on a range of materials including both common and high strength low alloy steels, plastics, and composites to improve products which service Tilt Up and Precast construction, Concrete anchoring, and Bridge Forming. Additionally, you will be a crucial contributor to our new product development team responsible for maintaining Meadow Burke's status as an innovative leader in the Concrete Accessory market. Requirements
Ability to thrive and innovate in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
Bachelor's Degree in Material Science or Engineering, with PE license a plus
Natural curiosity and a strong desire to utilize advanced analytical skills, creativity, and problem solving
5
years' experience as a Material Engineer working with Steel, Plastics (HDPE, PP, Polycarbonates) and / or Composites
