The Team
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Architect for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice.
From managed toll lanes and long-range corridor plans, to complex segmental bridges, our teams are providing the highest quality infrastructure and facility solutions. Each day, we partner with transportation agencies and local governments across the country to keep our communities moving. By joining our team, you too can lead the evolution of transportation.
The Opportunity
The Entry Level Architect will work alongside a registered Architect on transportation projects. This position will focus on mastering design and technical work functions requiring the application of basic architectural principles. He or she will perform routine architectural assignments and work from designs of others, compile data, perform elementary design computations, make quantity takeoffs, prepare architectural plans/renderings, and observe architectural features of structures in field. The person will provide creativity and comprehensive services to both private and public sector clients.
Qualifications:
5-year Bachelor or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited university
0-1 year work experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Additional software skills in Sketchup and Photoshop are valued.
Some professional experience working in an architectural office is preferred
