What you will be doing:
Collect and analyze metrics and requirements from supported organizations. Develop elements of program acquisition strategies. Support/conduct market research. Keep program information current and organize data to submit to management for decision making. Prepare reports and briefings on program status, policies and procedures, in support of acquisition program milestones Support cost/benefit analysis. Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of program; develop recommendations to improve program operations. Answer data calls and inquiries on program policies and procedures. Participate in requirements development process in support of Senior Managers and Government counterpart. Monitor programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Manage program cost, schedule, performance, and risks in accordance with policies and procedures. Coordinate program information with personnel. Interpret regulations and directives to determine impact on programs. Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish mission of Program Support government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations. Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production; support government counterparts in development of solutions to program issues. Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements. Maintain broad understanding of assigned acquisition program; develop acquisition documentation to include SOW, PWS, SAMP, APB, ADM, CFDR, FDR, MFP, LCSP, ILSP program protection plans, and FM deliverables spend plans, Congressional Briefs, inter-department and agency funding transfers, and develop funding strategies addressing emerging requirements and budget challenges. Apply business practices and market conditions applicable to program and technical acquisition requirements. Apply price and cost analysis sufficient to review proposals, actual and estimated expenditures and established rates to determine price reasonableness or to determine a negotiation position; properly apply funding rules associated with the obligation of multiple types of appropriations. Apply precedents found in government contracting case law to specific contracting situations. Apply knowledge of contracting negotiation, administration and termination principles, policies, procedures and technical requirements applicable to the full range of contracting actions for a variety of contract types. What you'll need:
Security clearance required:
TS/SCI. Bachelors degree in Business or related field with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and 10 years of acquisition experience. 3 years DoD experience in Military Communications. DAWIA Level II Equivalency IAW the PWS, and in the Program Management field; must have completed DAWIA Level II non-resident course prerequisites in Program Management. Working knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System as directed by DoD Instruction 5000.02, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System and the Defense Acquisition Framework process. Collect and analyze metrics and requirements from supported organizations.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
