The Cost Accounting Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of reporting, planning and forecasting responsibilities for the Industrial Group. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, for Industrial Group, this role will focus on supporting, operational finance, reporting, and forecasting processes and providing value-added analysis and recommendations to support business growth. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES Maintain and enhance standard cost system. Determine product cost allocations and shop labor and overhead rates, and lead annual standard cost roll. Prepare variance analysis and root-cause. Recommend process improvements and corrective actions for problem areas. Lead pricing and margin analysis. Drive analysis of inventory and reduction activities. Develop and provide timely and accurate financial and operational reports. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results including variance analysis to forecasts, plan, prior quarter and prior year and provide resulting insights to Management Assist with financial bridges to explain variances in financial results Lead the annual physical inventory process. Supports optimization of internal reporting and forecasting processes. Perform special analysis projects as assigned Prepare and monitor program and project EAC/ETC's Manage and oversee the processes and proper reporting of POC revenue recognition under GAAP and Circor policy Primary finance & accounting department liaison for ERP implementation to actual costs. Ensure financial and accounting objectives of ERP implementation are met and that the ERP system is GAAP and Circor compliant. Productivity / Process Improvement:
Using Lean tools, drive improvements in financial processes and represent financial function in cross functional improvements, including automation of manual activities, improvements in the quality and consistency of data and analysis, and elimination of non-value added work. Identify cost reduction or efficiency opportunities and lead related cross functional projects, Kaizen activities, or other initiatives as required. Initiatives:

years of professional experience with an emphasis cost accounting Experience with integrated ERP system in manufacturing or distribution environment Experience using Epicore Vantage a plus US GAAP experience and understanding Manufacturing experience required Advanced Excel skills:
financial modeling, data management, and data consolidation preferred.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
