In pursuing the company mission, the Manager, Financial Services Channels will work in support of executing the OnCourse Learning Channel Sales Strategy. The central tenants for this role include carrying out channel sales & management activities for assigned accounts, partners and strategic relationships. S/he will proactively identify new channel partners to build and nurture necessary relationships to maximize revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances. This role will also be responsible for ensuring channel & client satisfaction and handling day to day inquiries supporting assigned relationships. Responsibilities In collaboration with the BCU Channel Sales Team, establish, monitor, and attain department KPI metrics tracked through the CRM system (Salesforce.com). Creating, developing and maintaining client relationships Owns annual revenue targets and performance goals for channel partners. Conduct recurring and routine account reviews with assigned relationships to assess performance, identify revenue opportunities and drive growth. Provides frequent input and guidance to Channel Sales, marketing and product teams to continue strategy development and growth initiatives. Report regularly on Channel Revenue Share and maintain visibility with partners. Field calls and emails from Channel Partners and assist them with their requests. Use tools and resources available to solve problems and answer questions efficiently and accurately as they relate to our channel partners. Follow up with responses to questions on our products and course offerings in a timely manner. Assist with other Channel Team initiatives. Maintain updated contact and email lists for channel partners customer base. Traveling to customer sites and conferences to generate new business opportunities and relationships, and enhance current client relationships Collaborate with marketing, product development and other cross functional teams to provide our partners with marketing programs, solution support and services enabling channel success. Manages contracts and agreements in support of formal relationships as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3
years of experience in a channel sales position Ability to multitask and schedule sales activities and outbound calls Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment required. Strong communication skills for both phone and email conversations Proven success in account management, preferably in a professional services sales capacity Skills and experience to deliver a strong customer advocacy Ability to accurately respond to inquiries and questions Ability to use Salesforce to track all sales activities and follow ups; Salesforce experience required Demonstrated ability in conceptualizing both problems and solutions, and converting concepts to actions in a way that is compelling for clients and actionable by team members Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Goal-driven and customer-focused
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
