National Account Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a National Account Manager who will work with building owners, property managers, and design/build firms to drive specifications around the sale of GAF Commercial products. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop & nurture business relationships with national & regional building owners and property managers with the goal of establishing GAF as preferred manufacturer for their roofing & pavement needs. Attend industry trade shows, conventions and other events to promote GAF systems and services with specifiers, Consultants and decision makers throughout the year. Utilize GAF Sales Development & Building & Roofing Science resources to position GAF Commercial as preferred vendor with key decision makers for roofing & waterproofing. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required coupled with at least 7
years sales experience in a building materials industry. National account management is required and the ideal candidate will come from a commercial roofing background or some type of commercial influence. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, demonstrated history of high relationship building, and conflict resolution knowledge are all a must. 25-30% travel is required based on customers' needs. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
