SVP, Finance Reporting Sr. Lead Analyst

CDE and CDE Requirement Review:
Driving improvement of data quality for key regulatory reports (Y9C/Call, Y14 and extend to other reports) with a focus on various financial products (securities, wholesale / retail loans, derivatives, SFTs, debt, etc.) and balances (including P&L, average balances) used in above mentioned regulatory reports. Manage and improve CDE and CDE requirement review processesReview key reporting production process documentation to identify data elements used by above mentioned key regulatory reports.Work with stakeholders (report owner, report producer and other key SMEs supporting reporting production) to document and maintain risk based Critical Data Elements usedReview existing data quality controls and design fit-for-purpose data quality requirements. Work with technology to implement data quality rules and perform User Acceptance Test. Work with report owner and report production team to monitor Data Quality Exceptions to identify real data concerns/issues as well as corresponding reporting impact and document accordinglySupport Consent Order data related tasks (such as data lineage, reporting data requirement), working with Controller Data Team and Enterprise Chief Data Office
Qualifications:

years of relevant experience, within Finance, Accounting or related field, the financial services industry preferred Solution oriented with demonstrated experience and ability to design and implement solution to satisfy various reporting requirements (new reporting requirement, remediation requirement, etc.) Familiar with report production process, especially how data is being used by various regulatory reports (Y14 or Y9C) Familiar with at least one financial products (securities, or derivatives and SFTs, or wholesale loans, or retail loans) and underlying data representing this (or multiple) financial products Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, with strong attention to detail Exceptional analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong and broad- based finance and internal control skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication, interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with an ability to build a broad base of support among key decision makers at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success in collaborating and building relationships and influencing across the organization Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment. Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. Open minded with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI Proficiency in SQL a plus Experience in Citi's Finance organization and processes that span geographic, functional and business perspectives a plus Project management experience, Agile project management, Scrum methodology desirable Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. Master's degree a plus. CFA / CPA or other recognized certificate to demonstrate deep understanding of financial products a plus
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
