Summary:
This position will be a partner and consultant to our hiring managers and responsible for delivering all facets of talent acquisition delivery and support for our facility in Tampa Florida . Success will be achieved through developing and executing local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative talent sourcing tactics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Personnel Concepts secures and retains the best possible talent, emphasizing quality and diversity of internal and external hires. KEY
Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage full cycle recruiting process. ? Proactively partner and build relationships with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting and talent marketing strategies that efficiently identify high quality candidates across multiple disciplines and levels, including but not limited to sales, customer service operations, R&D, marketing, and finance. Also, develop a strong understanding of business strategies and talent profiles to deliver on departmental hiring needs. ? Support recruitment process including posting jobs and managing within system, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. ? Screens, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. ? Continually develop business knowledge of division and departmental objectives, industry and key division challenges, and current market dynamics. ? Develop proactive sourcing plans and pipeline for open positions and future needs in order to positively impact time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality metrics. ? Provide innovative solutions to fully maximize all available candidate sourcing channels including:
networking, diversity resources, social media, employee referral program, university relations, internal career fairs, etc. ? Maintain the highest standards to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience utilizing proactive communication techniques and strong execution of the recruitment process. ? Proactively identify solutions to complex issues and implement solutions that drive overall recruiting process efficiencies. ? Create and drive talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates. ? Develop and lead university/college recruiting strategy and process for Personnel Concepts and represent the company at identified networking events and job fairs. ? Champion recruiting process including tools and systems, and identifying areas of opportunity. Provide guidance and accountability for hiring managers to ensure that a consistent, high quality process is followed. REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. ? Minimum of five years recruiting experience, including developing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans across diverse functional disciplines, in a high volume and fast paced environment. ? Demonstrated ability to consult with managers on talent needs and build/execute successful recruitment strategies based upon those needs. ? Experience and high level of comfort interacting with all levels within the organization, including senior-level management, and external vendors. ? Excellent interpersonal communication and strong collaboration skills. ? Superior service orientation with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail. ? Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing; to include but not limited to:
LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook ? Experience managing a large number of positions in a full life cycle recruiting environment ? High proficiency in applicant tracking and human resources systems; experience in Google docs, Workday, and ADP is preferred. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate across teams. ? Strong work ethic, positive attitude, results-oriented and self-motivated problem-solver. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
