About the role As a member of our technical leadership team, you will use your strong understanding of people, engineering architecture, and development practices to push the boundaries of what a world-class engineering team can be. Specifically you'll:
Manage and grow a team of motivated, product-oriented engineers Partner with engineers, design, and product to deliver delightful product experiences that feel secure to customers Build an ambitious and positive product delivery culture Manage the tooling, resourcing, and processes needed to ensure that development at Almanac is efficient and simple About you Experiences that make you stand out:
