This is a FULL TIME position, Monday- Friday (No weekends or holidays) NO cold-calling or door-to-door tactics NO business-to-business selling NO networking family or friends for support NO aggressive sales tactics FREE warm leads!!
Responsibilities:
Coachable- A willingness to learn is a fundamental requirement for our team members.
Understand the needs of our clients to provide tailored benefit solutions.
Maintain and comply with company regulations.
Be money- motivated, on-time, reliable and professional.
Process sales efficiently & effectively over the phone- TIME MANAGEMENT is key.
Create and provide an excellent customer experience- we treat each client as if they are our grandmother or grandfather!
Qualifications:
Life Insurance Producers License.
Must complete all licensing requirements or have an active life insurance license.
1 yr.
sales experience preferred.
If no proven sales experience, examples of jobs that may be considered are:
Financial Planning, Retention, Debt collection, Debt consolidation, Business Owner, Managed Financial P&L Must pass criminal/credit background check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Computer proficiency - ability to work with multiple applications at a time.
High school diploma Strong communication and rapport building skills.
Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales goals and adhere to compliance and company standards.
