In our Insurance Verification Department, we assist our locations and patients with verifying vision insurance coverage and ensuring questions on their vision insurance are answered.
We're searching for an enthusiastic team player to join our team.
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of medical or vision insurance verification procedures - General knowledge of accessing multiple insurance web portals; capable of locating member information at a high working level - Highly computer literate.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word - Must be able to multi-task between dual monitors, headset and phone.
- Excellent communication and spelling skills via phone and typing - Memorization skills - Efficient typing skills - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not necessary - Must be able to work well on a team and assist co-workers, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change well

- Assist store locations with walk-ins and scheduled appointments via Live Chat (Slack) - Verify patient vision coverage for multiple offices simultaneously - Check emails several times a day and assist offices with multiple benefit requests - Communicate with patients on their eligibility status and benefit details - Receive incoming and make outbound calls - Upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period, you are eligible for a pay increase and then yearly increases after that If you are a great fit and have experience with insurance (Medical or Vision) please apply today!'
