What You'll Need:
FL State licensure Have a client oriented personality and excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and sales skills Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives.
Builds up client relationships, secures new business from new clients.
Have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the customer relationship and servicing the customer's needs throughout.
Has the ability to create company presentations to client groups, target clients.
Be present in his/her sales area by attending real estate meetings, open houses and represent the company in appropriate organizations.
Listens to clients to bring up solutions.
