For over 100 years, we have been making Authentic Cuban Bread using our own family recipe passed down through 4 generations.
No experience with Baking is necessary to be trained into a baker but the right attitude is a MUST! This is a team-driven production process.
The environment is very hot due to high temperature ovens on site.

Listening and Learning are needed to do well in this industry.
You will be working with raw dough to form and shape the Cuban Bread we are so well known for.
You will learn about proofing and dough textures, vital to the entire process.
Production baking is a laborious job in nature.
Standing and lifting up to 50lbs is required from each baker.
This task must be accomplished alone and cannot require assistance.
Three shifts of bakers and oven men are needed around the clock to produce La Segunda Bread.
We operate 24/ 7 /365 Bakers can begin earning $95 right away with La Segunda Bakery.
A 2-week training period is needed to assess your progress and determine if permanent employment can be offered.
