4 Quick Apply Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description The Royal Group, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Production Manager to support our Lakeland, FL (Knights Station, Retail) facility.
As the Production Manager, you will handle projects and execute job assignment provided by the Director-Fulfilment, Operations and Sales Teams.
This role will require continuous analysis of project quotes as well as the overall daily review of the results from each production line.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
Reviews results with the Director - Fulfilment along with the Production Supervisor and Inventory Control Supervisor ensuring that all efficiencies are met and achieved according to the goals that are set.
Participates in meetings with the Director-Fulfillment and Operations team in regard to new and existing projects.
Provides cost for pack out along with any other expense occurred on a given project, and communicates this to the Director - Fulfillment, Operations or sales teams.
Directly involved on the daily analysis of each line denoting the profitability and opportunities for each.
Provides a Post Mortem when projects do not provide the threshold of the company standard and provides insight on how to improve going forward.
Continues to look for new business opportunities and provides insight on how to improve efficiencies to attract new customers.
Coordinates the costing with the outside vendors ensuring that costing is in line overall with the standards set in place.
Evaluates new trends (methods and machinery, safety programs and standards, etc.
) within the manufacturing industry.
Make recommendations and assist in planning, equipment purchases, and budgeting.
Continues to monitor each project from a profitability standpoint and provides daily insight to the Director - Fulfillment and Production Line Manager Works with Production Line Manager to determine line configuration and efficiencies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as productions reports, sales reports, operating instructions.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees of the organization and to speak effectively before groups of customers.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
REQUIRED EDUCATION &
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; plus, three years' experience as a proven manager.
Equivalent combination of education and experience desirable.
PREFERRED EDUCATION &
Experience:
Bachelors from an accredited college or university preferred.
Five years corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
