Florida Experience 5 or more verifiable years in the capacity of managing multiple commercial roofing crews simultaneously, types of projects, sizing and client references.
Good driving record and clean criminal background check Great communication skills and the ability to articulate your thoughts in both e-mails and correspondence.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must promptly accept and or call back received calls.
Report daily project performance to office personnel and or clients as required.
Review and comprehend weekly job cost reports.
Interview, hire, and manage occasional problematic personnel in accordance with written company policies in a fair manner.
Must have good math skills for measurement gathering.
Looking for a management candidate that has a successful back ground as a Field Roof Construction Superintendent specifically in all commercial roof systems.
Roof construction / assembly knowledge and experience should include B.

, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Tile, shingles and Sheet Metal roof systems.
Vast roof top safety training and aptitude to train others together with enforcement of safety policies is required.
Provide weekly tool box safety talks.
Conduct daily safety inspections of each project while in the performance of quality control Our successful candidate must demonstrate a leadership role interfacing with clients and personnel, and manage the successful construction and completion of quality workmanship on our projects.
This requires a keen eye for details.

There must be a cooperative chain of communication with the field construction management, office and clients as it pertains to the variety of details and projects daily.
Typically, you will manage up to 5 commercial roofing crews of personnel for daily inspections, scheduling, safety etcMost weeks are typically 50 to 60 hours, Monday through Friday.
Weekend work is a rare exception, but sometimes required.
