Currently, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Identify candidates through various job boards.
Candidate interaction through phone, email, texting software, social media, career fairs, etc.
Consistent relationship management from the beginning of the recruitment process and throughout the assignment.
Works closely with the Recruitment manager/team lead and VP of Sales to maintain a viable candidate pipeline.
Displays effective teamwork with co-workers.
Follow up with a task, while assisting others in the workplace.
Professionalism in areas of greeting field staff, answering phones, and meeting current/new clients.
Participate in weekly recruitment & sales meetings.
