Summary:
Summary:
The Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator serves as a member of the Clinical Outcomes Team engaged in data abstraction and analysis of clinical data.
Maintains data and acts as a resource and resident expert to all internal and external customers.
Works closely with the database analyst in assuring proper data elements are captured in the databases and dashboards.
Creates and disseminates designated reports regularly and in a timely fashion.
Works closely with clinical teams, providing data for and participating in clinical process efforts.
Participates in Process Improvement Team efforts.
Familiar wit computerized clinical documentation technology and Microsoft.
Functions autonomously with minimal direction.
Required Experience 2 years Acute Nursing and 1 year Clinical Outcome experience preferred.
Performs other duties as assigned.
