Position Summary Theron Technology Solutions (TTS) seeks an Associate Director who is enthusiastic, driven and execution focused to join our client solution delivery team in the Product team assigned to an incumbent client.
In the position, you will be responsible for generation and engagement of client work, and for performing such other duties as are customarily performed in this position or as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
As an Associate Director working in Product, your activities will include gathering and documenting system requirements, participating and leading in design workshops, understanding the client's business model and processes, supporting development efforts throughout the project cycle, and participating in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Responsible and accountable for assigned project's strategy, scope of work, schedule, budget, risk mitigation plan, and any activity tied to the commercial success of the project Advance best practices for related artifacts, including; but not limited to, Test Packs, Dependency Maps, Architecture deliverables etc.
