Position Summary Theron Technology Solutions (TTS) seeks an Associate Director who is enthusiastic, driven and execution focused to join our client solution delivery team in the Product team assigned to an incumbent client.
In the position, you will be responsible for generation and engagement of client work, and for performing such other duties as are customarily performed in this position or as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
As an Associate Director working in Product, your activities will include gathering and documenting system requirements, participating and leading in design workshops, understanding the client's business model and processes, supporting development efforts throughout the project cycle, and participating in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Responsible and accountable for assigned project's strategy, scope of work, schedule, budget, risk mitigation plan, and any activity tied to the commercial success of the project Advance best practices for related artifacts, including; but not limited to, Test Packs, Dependency Maps, Architecture deliverables etc.
Develop and maintain positive vendor relations to ensure superior customer satisfaction Facilitate effective decision making through presentation of key information and recommendations Manage real-time inquiries while keeping track of and responding to commitments to follow up with customer/vendor inquiries Lead requirements gathering and design sessions for development of new functionality and for customization of existing functionality Contributor of all functional documentation and other artifacts for the assigned projects including client reviews and sign-off Responsible for technical requirements & design, validation and support of the Client's applications and supporting services Work closely with operational teams to design and develop business processes that can be supported by the selected technology solution(s) Build strong relationships within the Client and Internal Product Management teams Perform functionality reviews and testing before submitting to Clients Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business Ensure marketing and training materials are fully compliant and appropriately updated and distributed Facilitate effective decision making through presentation of key information and recommendations Analyze and resolve problems associated with technical and project integration issues Analyze current state organization and people operating models, with recommendations for future state efficiencies Ability to understand business structure and goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continual improvement in business outcomes Develop best practice and tools for project execution and management Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the company's web-based systems and databases Enter information into our database and ensure consistency and accuracy Provide creative solutions to meet client needs and maximize value Foster a positive team environment Contributes to the business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes Proactively engage on talent management agenda including attrition, retention, recruiting, succession planning, professional development, performance and leadership development Build strong, credible business relationships with senior stakeholders, their teams and managers, and create a respected presence with employees Support company-wide organizational development Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.
