What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Hire and train service staff as needed Monitor and ensure technician routes are successfully completed.
Evaluate performance and provide ongoing training to service technicians.
Maintain inventory of pest control products.
Provide service and solutions to customers who have concerns.
Service Manager Requirements:
-Seven
years of pest control experience -Must be able to work well with others, exhibit leadership, customer service, and communication skills -Knowledge of Pest Control industry-specific practices and procedures -Expert Knowledge of Pest control industry standards and Iowa state and federal regulations -Previous sales management experience -Ability to make quick decisions -Exceptional customer service and retention skills -Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills -Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties -Have an excellent driving record -A background check including a drug screen and physical may be required.

-Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control industry, Including, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management -Work closely with Regional Manager, Director of Customer Experience, and Account Managers -Supervise, train and evaluate service technicians and staff -Coordinate and enforce company policy and procedures -Manage a multi-level team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least ten individuals -Effectively incorporate Spidexx core values within the Branch -Perform other duties as assigned Location:
