This position will require courtroom work and some experience in court or a desire to be in court sometimes.
The position will also teach you areas of law that you might not know.

Your day to day activities will include preparing contracts and pleadings.
Attending in person and online court.
Speaking with clients.
Formulating strategies with other attorenys in the office.
Negoitating settlements and resolution either with or without mediations.
This position will report directly to the other attorney's and partners in the office and deal directly with paralegals in the office and clients.
Knowledge of word, outlook and adobe a requirement.
Florida Bar License Required Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
