Perform duties such as coordinating daily work schedules of company crews, maintaining accurate and detailed records, and monitoring employee performance.
Adhere to and support this department's safety program and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
As a leader you will be expected to provide or assist in training for employees in all aspects of their job functions You will need to be proficient at communicating effectively with customers, subordinates, and management; perform functions in a timely manner consistent with industry norms and management's experience of the time required to perform these functions.
You will be required to drive a company vehicle safely and manage time wisely following written and verbal schedules and instructions; follow company procedures and policies including safety procedures Responsibilities and Duties The Field Coordinator must be able to complete all of the following tasks:
Function as liaison for Bailey Industries and customers/builders Meet with management, contractors and supervisors in the field every morning Pick up paperwork from construction office daily Distribute paperwork appropriately to Service Department employees Meet with supervisor or manager Order damaged or missing parts required and distribute to Service Techs Accept all calls from supervisors and Service Techs for all products and provide support throughout the day Meet with Service Techs in the afternoon to collect completed service work Return to the field to check on houses Status houses daily and update department managers QC houses the day after installation of all products Check houses prior to install for potential problems; i.

, electrical, plumbing, openings, etc.
Verify specs to orders Check delivery of products to insure everything is ready on time Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or GED; technical trade school certification a plus Must have at least 2 years' experience in construction industry Must have a clean driving record Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and management matters Attendance record in line with Bailey Industries, Inc.
's attendance policy Must know how to use hand tools, tape measure and power tools Written communication skills sufficient to be able to write accurate reports and work orders, evaluations, etc.
