46 per hourThe person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good, working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order, making repairs as necessary on the following:
BoilersBoiler room equipmentAll refrigeration machines and equipmentAir CompressorCO2 and equipmentNH3 and equipmentWater SoftenersAll heat exchangers and equipmentSteam heat and equipmentHVAC equipmentAll pumping equipment to include pipingPRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Performing building maintenance activities ensuring compliance with FSMA requirements.
o Duties can include painting, patching, cleaning, landscaping.
o Must understand basic utility meter reading (water and electrical)o Must have HVAC Troubleshooting & Repair experience o Must have Plumbing Troubleshooting & Repair experienceo Must have electrical troubleshooting & wiring experience for voltages up to 480VACo Perform preventative maintenance & repair on facilities equipment including pH houseo Repair all production & support equipment as needed including resource conservation (air or water leaks).
o Perform general housekeepingo Work with outside contractors working on assigned areaso Comply with GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES, safety, and audit standardso Work independently under limited supervision (self-management)o Regular, reliable, predictable attendanceBasic
Qualifications:
