Job Description As a Warehouse Tech, you will assist in the control and maintenance of iApartments inventory across multiple locations; interact daily with Project Managers, Warehouse Leads, Project Coordinators, and CSMs; and learn the foundational operations of the iApartments business.
You will commission equipment using the iApartments Admin portal.
Responsibilities Help manage an accurate, revolving FIFO inventory and rigorously investigate any discrepancies Perform audits on physical inventor Receive and process shipments to the iApartments warehouse/office Ship equipment from the iApartments warehouse/office Process and ship RMA equipment Move equipment within warehouse using a variety of tools (i.
e.
pallet jack, hand cart, forklift) Preparing smart home equipment for installation by updating firmware, WIFI and other applicable functions Assist in the preparation of project documentation, both hard copy and electronic Data entry into spreadsheets and databases as needed Other duties as assigned (i.
e.
rebate administration, project research, etc.
) Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to stay organized across multiple projects Eager to learn and be part of a high energy team Have a passion for technology Must be data driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload Must be able to work independently and as a team to provide multiple solutions to problems Demonstrate strong teamwork qualities as well as possess the ability to lead by example Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel experience Preferred Qualifications Organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills Perks and Benefits Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision 401K company match Generous PTO Off-site company events Job Type:
