(Remote - ET/ CT preferred) The Role This Team Member will coordinate and collaborate with internal support teams and external medical office care teams to ensure Quality Program and HEDIS goals are met within each assigned clinic.
Ensuring the goals of the Quality Program and HEDIS are met, consists of (but may not be limited to):
ensuring patients are seen in a timely manner by their assigned PCP, Quality tools are being utilized to leverage chronic condition identification / compliant documentation techniques, and each assigned provider achieves the HEDIS goal, in relation to Part C and Part D.
Our Quality Analysts (QA) directly support the Quality Operations Team and Votion goals.
Some of our responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Provide support to an assigned market of medical offices in relation to Quality and HEDIS knowledge, goals, and creative action plans.
Demonstrate successful navigation, maintenance and use of software applications relevant to team goals (ie:
Google Suite, Microsoft and proprietary tools).
Learn and understand the Quality workflow and proprietary tools that a clinic must understand to be successful in our Quality Program.
Learn and understand the HEDIS technical specifications for all HEDIS / Stars measures for Part C and Part D.
Participate and collaborate in the creation of the presentations delivered to PCPs and clinic team members regarding Quality workflows/goals, tools and programs.
Work collaboratively with designated clinic Office Champions, Regional Managers and Provider Educators, by reviewing weekly reports and data within the proprietary systems to identify clinic challenges, create solutions and drive action.
Attend, participate and facilitate (as needed) Forums, Town Halls, Bootcamp and Mini-Bootcamp training forums Other designated administrative, clerical or operational tasks as assigned to leverage Quality Program and HEDIS goals.
Education / Skill Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience.
Healthcare/HEDIS experience required Experienced in Excel, Google Sheets Demonstrated STRONG organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills Ability to be adaptable and flexible to the ever-changing regulations of healthcare Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically Compensation & Benefits Base salary with bonus eligibility Medical, dental, vision, disability and life 401k, with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays DcFuSV1Faq.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
