Job Description:
The wage range for this position is $30- $35 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required.
(No relocation assistance offered.
) Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Role
Summary:
As a Commercial Lease Contract Specialist, you are an integral part of loan portfolio operations and servicing.
As a valued team member, you will play an important role in establishing a world-class customer experience.
You will sit at the center of our back-office operations serving as the point person for processing customer transactions and information in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally, engaging with deal teams, clients, bank management, and key stakeholders.
You will work on many contracts and issues simultaneously so critical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to understand and prioritize to meet deadlines is a must to be successful.
You will:
Perform timely and critical back-office commercial loan transaction management duties, including but not limited to booking and recording transactions into various financial management operating systems.
Perform loan entry and modifications in line with company policies and procedures.
Document various loan / lease transaction events and exceptions.
Work directly with external clients to assist with inquiries and resolve issues that may emerge as a part of the client servicing process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and deal teams to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of clients.
Assist with client invoicing routines and recordation of payments.
Monitor and resolve open customer service requests and research customer issues to customer satisfaction.
Monitor conformance of assigned accounts against designated financial and transactional requirements (e.
g.
, Insurance, Financial Statements, etc.
).
Proactively follow-up with customers to ensure timely receipt in line with contractual commitments.
Adhere to written operational policies and procedures.
Additional /flexible hours may be required based on business cycle.
Your background:
As a Commercial Lease Contract Specialist, you have:
A high school diploma with minimum three years prior experience in the commercial lending industry Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interacting with customers, teammates, and all levels of management.
Well-developed communications skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated capability in problem solving.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complex transactions, and work within tight deadlines.
Preferred but not Required:
Experience in the equipment finance or commercial working capital or banking industry Experience with Infolease, Fiserv, Oracle, SAP a plus.
