The HR Operations Compliance Analyst develops and delivers HR compliance reports, data analysis and acts as HR point of contact for HR compliance related topics.
The role will actively participate in providing support for all questions pertaining to compliance of HR employee data and HR processes.
The individual will recommend, develop and implement A&M's approach to complying with federal, state, and local employment-related regulatory requirements.
The HR Operations Compliance Analyst must work collaboratively and provide support and operational guidance to key stakeholders such as HR leadership to develop HR compliance solutions aimed at reducing risk and supporting evolving business needs.
This role requires a high level of integrity and a proactive approach while demonstrating a deep understanding of HR practices and business operations.
Responsibilities:
Establishing and overseeing global HR compliance practices to minimize operational and organizational risk Identifying, analyzing, and communicating new employment and benefit related legal requirements and updates to existing requirements Managing the creation of and updates to global HR policies/programs in accordance with applicable law and regulations, including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, EEOC, Privacy Regulations, and comparable regulations outside of the U.
S.
Preparing/submitting filings for all government reporting and internal monitoring purposes, including EEO reports In partnership with Benefit Team, coordinate Benefit Compliance reporting and audits, including 401K, Federal/State ACA, 5500 filings, among others Lead, manage and execute all internal external audits related to HR and compliance.
Partners with internal employment attorney, Director of Global Compliance, and Senior Privacy Counsel to maintain knowledge of current state, local and federal legislations in HR regulations and implement process changes.
Responsible for the management, communication, revisions and updates to corporate HR policies and procedures, such as the Employee Handbook.
Provides HR support for candidate background check review, ensuring compliance processes are in place and maintained.
Assists in ad hoc projects that requires compiling and maintaining reports, the analysis of data and metrics, updating policies and procedures, and other assignments.

Qualifications:
Associates or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant fields.
2-3 years of relevant experience Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
High ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to confidentiality.
Ability to apply knowledge of policies and procedures and accurately interpret and give correct and consistent information upon request.
Ability to understand and maintain organizational compliance driven by contracts and other governing bodies.
Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Ability to exercise good interpersonal communication verbal and written skills to interact with internal and external individuals at all levels.
Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to Human Resources Records.
Excellent time management:
ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoys designing new processes and procedures.
Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects.
Previous experience in a corporate environment.
Previous experience in Workday (HRIS) is a plus.
