What You'll Do:
As the Digital Operations Assistant, you will work on challenging projects in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
You'll help develop innovative products that enable high-performing teams, facilitate streamlined processes, and maximize results.
You will play a vital role in some of the major functions of the business - Development, Operations and Product Development.
The opportunity is here to have your hands in the development of a proprietary tool that is going to change the way companies interact with healthcare.
We built our software from the ground up and have full autonomy to make our vision come alive.
The Digital Ops team has a pipeline of projects to tackle and you will want to be involved in what they are building.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize and organize projects and tasks from beginning to end Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Handling functions, data and other components that are crucial in making our operations work efficiently Help create and maintain reports such as SOPs, production reports and financial reports Excellent communication and organization skills Identify inefficiencies across all departments and produce solutions Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless processes Give great attention to detail and display the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures, and discrepancies Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis Experience with project management and flow diagramming tools.
