Crew Member Maintenance Division
OBJECTIVEThe ability to maintain high profile commercial and residential properties throughout the Central Florida area while working in a team environment.
DUTIESMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMust be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions doing very physical work.
Able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
Must be enthusiastic, dependable and a team player.
Able to work safely while operating equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers and edgers.
Will perform regular landscape maintenance services such as mowing, edging, weeding, trash collecting, trimming, pruning, grading, light planting, etc.
COMMUNICATIONMost importantly as a Baker employeeBE FRIENDLY, DO A GOOD JOB, BE RESPONSIVE, and KEEP COMMUNICATIONS OPENQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience with aforementioned equipment and knowledge of landscape plant material is helpful.
A clean Florida driving record is a plus.
One time BONUS OFFERED to serious career employees.
$500 for ABSENT FREE employment at least 60 days from date of hire.
