Site/Civil PM - Optional Remote, Sign-on Bonus, Ownership
We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused PM to support our Land Development teamAs a key member of our Boston Private Operations youll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Project Manager for Land development projects planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning.
You will be leading multidiscipline design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies.
Wed look to you to support clients through the life of a project from studies, planning, design, compliance and permitting, construction as well as start-up.
Also, youd assist other project managers on large, complex projects, including task management experience.
Utilizing your technical expertise, wed ask you to lead design efforts on projects as well as mentor our early career professionals.
Youd have time in the field to conduct existing facility assessments and identification of rehab needs as well as provide construction services including shop drawings, RFIs, change order preparation.
Salary $150,000 - $220,000 Heres What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering MA Professional Engineer (P.
E.
) License Experience in project management experience delivering a variety of commercial, residential and industrial infrastructure projects.
Strong technical background, including extensive knowledge of all project phases (including conceptual design, pre-design, detailed design, and construction administration) Strong understanding of current federal, state, and local regulations, design guidelines, and permit requirements to support project success.
Extensive experience developing strong client relationships to market and deliver solutions that meet our client needs Ideally, heres what youll also have:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Local candidate with strong network with private developers & local municipalities.
