Roles and
Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day leadership and management to the organization that mirrors the mission and core values of the company.
Responsible for driving WHPS to achieve and surpass performance metrics, profitability, and business goals and objectives.
Responsible for ensuring their areas are in alignment with all Business Standards.
Assists WHPS leaders in collaborative efforts related to the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
May be required to spearhead the implementation of new programs, services, and preparation of bid and RFI/RFP proposals.
Collaborates with the WHPS management team to develop and implement action plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
Develops and Leads all Business Continuity Activities across the global footprint Serves as a liaison with regulatory and other state administration agencies.
Attract, recruit, train, develop, coach and lead a high performance team.
Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within WHPS.
Assures compliance to and consistent application of law, rules and regulations, company policies and procedures for all assigned areas.
Timely response to customer requests with a necessary sense of urgency, documentation, follow-through and closure.
Analyze and interpret data and metrics.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned or required by management.
Qualifications:

years work experience that reflects a proven track record of proficiency in the operational competencies noted.
The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker who thrives amidst ambiguity, has a can-do attitude, and has strong intuitions about what needs to be done to drive customer satisfaction.
Client-driven mindset with a passion for enabling the success of the organization and customer.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills ensuring effective cross-team collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) Clear written and oral communication.
Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives:
business process optimization, enterprise business project management, financial strategic planning and analysis, and risk management.
Must have recent and related managed health care experience, prior Chief Operating Officer experience preferred.
Ability to travel globally.
Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Business Processes Coaching And Mentoring Coordinating Customer Satisfaction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
